By booking with IC Hair you are agreeing to all the policies, terms & conditions below.

Policies, Terms & Conditions:

 

Appointment Scheduling:

Booking Process- Click Here to book an appointment. Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your time slot. 

Deposit- A non-refundable deposit is required. For services with a fixed price, a deposit of 50% is required to confirm. For services charged by the hour, a non-refundable deposit of the amount for the first hour is required. 

Late Arrivals:

No late fee. 20 minutes late = Appointment cancelled & deposit is forfeited, a new deposit with be required for future bookings. No exceptions.  

Health & Safety:

All my tools/station are properly cleaned using Barbicide + Cool Care disinfecting products before & after each client. I am barbicide certified for the safety of myself, my clients, and others. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Notice Period- Clients may reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance to original appointment day/time.

 

Limit on Rescheduling- Each client is allowed to reschedule their appointment once without losing their deposit. After the first reschedule, any further changes will require a new deposit. You must reschedule to no later than 1 month after the original appointment time of service. Deposit is not transferable if rescheduled for 1 month after scheduled appointment time. 

 

Emergency Rescheduling- In case of emergencies please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate you, but this will be subject to availability & circumstances. Deposit is still non-refundable. 

No Shows- If a client fails to attend their appointment without rescheduling in advance, their deposit will be forfeited, and they will be required to pay a new deposit for future bookings. Failure to communicate prior to appointment no show will result in banned from booking with IC Hair.

Payment Policies:

Accepted Payment Methods- I accept cash & card. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments through my booking site via card. I am now accepting Klarna, Affirm, & AfterPay. All sales are final. No refunds. The deposit is 50% of your total service cost. No exceptions will be made for refund requests due to cancellations, tardiness, or dissatisfaction. 

Service-Specific Policies:

Hair Preparation- Arrive with your hair thoroughly washed and detangled. If blow drying takes longer than 45 minutes than a fee of 25$ will be charged for every 45 minutes. 

Service time Estimates- Please plan accordingly when booking as service durations are estimated and any appointment complications can cause the service to take longer.

 

Adjustments/Refunds- If your style is physically uncomfortable please notify me to arrange an adjustment. Adjustments are not redoing the entire service as they are merely fixing the irritated area to make you feel more comfortable. Refunds are not offered unless I have done the incorrect service. Once the service is complete no refunds will be offered for dissatisfaction if the correct service was done. 

Refund Policy:

Refund- Refunds are only issued if IC Hair agrees claim is valid. Clients waive their rights to file a chargeback for any non-refundable deposit or completed service if they: signed the agreement, did not make a formal complaint before leaving, did not attempt a direct resolution within 48 hours. 

Client Conduct & Expectations:

Children Policy- Kids are welcome. IC Hair is a family friendly & dog friendly environment.  Kid clients must be ages 4+ to receive a service from IC Hair.

Food & Drinks- Both are welcomed. We have a vending machine on site with snack & drinks. 

Behavior Policy- Please be respectful and understand that I am human with feelings. Sexual behaviors will not be accepted and you will no longer be serviced. A refund will not be issued. Disrespectful behavior will not be accepted and you will no longer be serviced. A refund will not be issued. Both parties agree to handle all concerns with respectful and professional communication. Harassment, threats, or slander (especially on social media) will result in legal consequences including a cease and desist or defamation suit if warranted.

Liability Waivers:

Damage/Allergies- I (Isabella Clark) am not responsible for any allergic reactions to products used or damage caused to hair/scalp from the service. 

Digital Receipt & agreement Acknowledgement:

All clients must digitally agree to policies before confirming their appointment. A timestamped record of this agreement is stored in your file as proof of your consent.

Chargeback Warning:

Any client who files a false chargeback will be reported to the proper legal authorities for fraudulent activity. A $150 dispute recovery fee will be charged for any dispute filed and lost by the client. Disputed charges will result in blacklisting from all future services and potential pursuit via small claims court. 

Photo Documentation & Proof:

Before and after photos are taken for record and quality assurance. This documentation is used to disprove false claims of poor service or incomplete work. 

Satisfaction Clause:

You must communicate any concerns about your style before leaving the chair. Once you leave, the service is considered complete and satisfactory unless formal complaint is submitted before departure. No refunds or redos unless the IC Hair agrees there was an error in execution. 

Communication Agreement:

Clients agrees to contact IC Hair directly with any issues (booking issues, service dissatisfaction, refund inquiries, transaction concerns) before contacting their bank or payment processor. Failure to do so violates the terms and results in forfeiture of all rights to future service or refunds. Contact must be made within 48 hours of the issue to qualify for any review or consideration. Filing a chargeback, dispute, or fraud claim without attempting direct resolution first is a breach of contract. Violations will result in: permanent ban from future appointments, a $150 administrative fee for each dispute, legal collection of any refunded or reversed funds, possible reporting to a salon blacklist registry or booking system ban list.
