Cancellation Policy
1. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment. No exceptions will be made for refund requests due to cancellations, tardiness, or dissatisfaction. 2. Cardholder Authorization & Verification By booking, you authorize IC Hair to charge your card for the non-refundable deposit. The card used must belong to the person booking or have their full permission. Disputes filed without attempting resolution with IC Hair will result in a permanent ban from future bookings. 3. Cancellations & Reschedules You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so results in a forfeiture of your deposit. No-call/no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost. 4. Late Policy There is a 10-minute grace period. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be marked as a no-show, & the deposit is forfeited. YOU MUST BE IN MY STUDIO. 5. No-Call/No-Show Policy If you do not show up & do not contact us, your deposit will be lost, & you may be banned from booking. No-call/no-shows will need to pay the remaining balance of service missed in order to book again. 6. Digital Receipt & Agreement Acknowledgement All clients must digitally agree to policies before confirming their appointment. A timestamped record of this agreement is stored in your file as proof of your consent. 7. Chargeback Warning Any client who files a false chargeback will be reported to the proper legal authorities for fraudulent activity. A $150 dispute recovery fee will be charged for any dispute filed & lost by the client. Disputed charges will result in blacklisting from all future services & potential pursuit via small claims court. 8. Photo Documentation & Proof Before & after photos are taken for record & quality assurance. This documentation is used to disprove false claims of poor service or incomplete work. 9. Satisfaction Clause You must communicate any concerns about your style before leaving the chair. Once you leave, the service is considered complete & satisfactory. No refunds or redo's unless the stylist agrees there was an error in execution. 10. Communication Agreement Clients agree to contact IC Hair directly with any issues before contacting their bank or payment processor. Failure to do so violates the terms & results in forfeiture of all rights to future service or refunds. **See terms and conditions page for more information.**
